Description: This is an early Seth Thomas is in a Keystone nickeloid case. The pendant set movement is marked: Seth Thomas Thomaston, Conn. serial number 234,693 which dates to 1889 and is a 17 jewel lever set movement, with the rare 2-tone damaskening. A model 5, the same movement as used in the famous "Maiden Lane". The dial is white procelain with roman numbers. Nice dial w/one small hairline on outer chapter at the 7 o'clock position. Movement in excellent conditon and one of hte most beautiful that Seth Thomas made. A really nice watch!
