Description:    Russian Manufactured Split Second Timer, ~20 size in American measure, 2.5" in Diameter.  Movement is marked 20 jewels, split 3/4 plate design, marked with serial number.  Arabic dial is flawless and has a center minute register zero to thirty.  Split Second Hands are in Red and Blue Steel,   HEAVY case is nickel (appears to be chrome plated), and is in excellent condition (new, never used), has a screw off back and snap on bezel.  Movement is highly complicated with an ingenious balance stop which give a little flick to the balance as it is released.  I kid you not, this is one of the coolest split second timers I have ever held in my hand!  It comes with original papers (in Russian of course).
