Description: Another real nice Elgin keywind from 1879, early "Gail Borden'"10 size, about an inch and three quarters in diameter. Movement is gilt, 13 jewels, key wind an set from the back, serial number 707,000. Dial is near mint, no chips or hairlines, original to the watch with great looking blue spade hands. Case is 14k gold filled, triple hinged.hunter, again near mint with crisp engraving and engine turning. Running well and keeping pretty good time! Comes with key and keychain.
