Description: This is a nice looking Elgin Model 590 signed B.W. Raymond railroad watch. The dial is in excellent condition with no hairlines. The Keystone J. Boss case is in nice condition showing some minor wear wear at the edge. The case is marked on the back "Polans No.37 Loaner. The 21 jewel 16 size model 590 movement is adjusted to 5 positions and temperature. Seems to run well, but there is some spotting on the winding gear and the regulator. Overall this is a nice looking watch and the loaner case is something special.
