This is a used aluminum frame case has 2 latches (non-locking) and a carrying handle.  It measures 19"x11"x3.5", which is a bit wider than a typical briefcase or laptop computer case.  The bottom has 15 pockets for holding watches, up to a size 20 pocketwatch.  The upper removable insert has an additonal 15 pockets which makes storage space for a total of 30 pocketwatches.  The foam-lined case lid holds the watches firmly in place when closed.  Nice configuration and a great way to store all those watches you've been collecting!  Top has a sligHt discoloration (see picture), case is discounted accordingly.
