Here's a really neat little miniature bracket clock I picked up in Rome several years ago.  It was not running when I bought it and it took me several year to find a clockmaker who would take it on and fix it properly.  It now runs beautifully, keeping accurate time and having a lovely two bell chime.  It is a miniature bracket clock, and the movement appears to be an Urgos, keywind on two barrel springs, one for the time train, the other for the chimes.  The double bell strike has a real nice sound too.  On the back movement plate on the upper right pillar screw is a little lever, moving it in toward the center of the movement makes it contact the fly wheel and it silences the strike train.  The whole movement was taken apart and everything cleaned.  The pivots and pivot holes are all like new.  The balance wheel beat was trued and the pallet lever aligned and it's run accurately ever since, I think it's lost maybe 1 minute in 1 week.  The wood case was polished too, making it quite the attractive piece, with only a couple of spots on the top where the handle has made an impression on the wood over the years.  I'll bet you'll never see another one like it!
