Vehicle Condition: Car is in very good condition with a clear title. Car was my driver for the last year, but I don't take my Vettes out too often anyway and never in the winter. Here are some further details on the condition ... Exterior is very nice, car has been recently detailed and touched up, the paint shines nicely in the sun. These are a few typical rock chips on the front, only two significant scratches on the rest of the car and they have been filled and polished. Interior is in very good condition. The drivers seat shows typical wear on the left bolster where the driver enters and exit the car. No tears in the upholstery. Similarly there is a small spot of wear (maybe 1" square) on the carpet that covers the speaker on the drivers side, again where the driver enters and exits. Door panels are near perfect. Convertible top is in good condition, no tears, no leaks, but the rear window is fogged up (typical after more than two years). You can now buy glass rear windows with the replacement tops, but since the top is OK I have not done that yet. Engine and transmission are great, runs and shifts smoothly and recently checked by my mechanic. Recent state safety inspection, all brakes and electrical systems functioning perfectly. I also had the emergency brakes serviced and a new sending unit installed for the gas tank. Oil has been changed regularly and all service has been done professionally.

| Notice to
Buyers: As is typical of older or vintage vehicles I must remind all buyers that regardless of how nice this car is, it is still a used car. Buyers are cautioned to make sure they understand this is an older car and is not perfect. This is simply a reminder to all buyers that this vehicle is USED and not new. Please expect a certain amount of wear, use, and flaws as is typical on ANY used car. All used cars including this one may have nicks, chips, scratches and any other marks that are associated with use consistent with age and mileage of the vehicle. Obviously a car that is 14 years old will show more wear and have more flaws than one that is 2 years old.
