SUMMARY DESCRIPTION:  1987 Chevy Corvette Convertible in great condition with low miles.  This Corvette runs well and handles like a dream.  Original camel (tan) leather interior is in excellent condition.  The exterior is in great shape and has been recently been re-painted to original factory color and specifications.  The new paint is excellent with plenty of shine and no road rash as you might expect of a car this age.  The headlights go up and down without delay as well as all other lighting in working order.  The engine is a L98 240 hp 5.7 L (350 ci) in original stock condition, running well.  The car has passed a recent safety inspection.  Has factory alloy wheels and a good set of tires with ~85%.  The transmission is the 4 + 3 manual with electronic overdrive and in good working order.  Car has low mileage for it's age 71,400 miles and the condition of the car is even better than the mileage would indicate having been restored by it's previous owner.  This is a beautiful Corvette and will make a great everyday diver or nice collectable.

A true classic Corvette... this vehicle is a pleasure to drive.  The color/look is truly classic.

• 71,400 original miles, Reconstructed Title (car accident left front fender damage)

• Maroon Exterior, painted original factory color code, no rock chips, looks like new

The car looks and drives great.

Vehicle Condition:  Car is in great condition, reconstructed history (car accident left front fender damage).  Body completely restored.  Digital speedometer works but numeric readout in MPH does not, a/c works but digital display/control is flaky.  There is an area of wear on the carpet attached to the drivers door panel, can't see it unless the door is open.  Paint looks virtually new, no chips or scratches.  Top is new and rear window is clear, even has a rear window "pillow" to cushion the convertible window when you fold the top down so it does not get creased.  No bugs on the front or windshield!

Terms and Conditions of Sale:  Sold as is with no expressed or implied warrantee.  A non-refundable deposit of $500 due within 3 days of end of auction, balance prior to delivery and within 10 days of close of auction.  The vehicle has no liens on the title and the title will be delivered when the final payment is received.
